Same Day Tees did a great job helping me get a Christmas gift made for my boss. It was a hoodie that was intended to be silly/funny and had both pictures and writing on it, and it turned out exactly how I hoped. Turn around time was quick, too! My boss loved it :)

SDT was a HUGE help with a RUSH order. From the time of my initial request to delivery took only 4 days including shipping to NYC for 110 t-shirts. The came out great. Samantha was very responsive. Thank you.

This company is unorganized and then unwilling to pay for their mistakes which were many. I rushed shirts for an out of state event to which I was flying to with more out of state family. They got them in the wrong color so I had to downgrade to a different color so we could match AND to a not as soft stock shirt. They were supposed to be ready Wednesday but didn't email me about the wrong shirt until Thursday morning saying we'll get them to you Friday! Why would I pay the rush fees if I could wait two extra days!?!?! SO now they were a day late on the rush, and I had to then rush around and alter my travel plans to pick these up between the airport and work. I never got a call that they were ready after we spoke multiple times about the urgency that day. Finally when I called to check at 3:30 (and they close at 4:30- so again with the rushing), I was told they've been ready! THEN I unpack the shirts in another state and discover the 3 youth shirts are the WRONG SIZE! And to add to it - even though I ordered 7 other adult shirts I was told I HAD to order 3 youth... even though I only needed 1...so I already overpaid! The owner refuses to fully refund me for those 3 shirts that are now out of state and are the WRONG SIZE (only 50% refund) unless I ship them back, but I'm not having my family deal with this and shouldn't even be asked to after all the issues they caused. I prefer to support a small business, but never this one again.

I encountered an extremely frustrating situation with the Lady in the front office.. Despite my efforts to make a significant order for my business, consisting of 250 shirts, hoodies, and hats, she was incredibly impolite and uncooperative. When I requested her assistance, she became irate and refused to aid me solely because I wasn't utilizing the online order system. This experience was not only disappointing but also gave me the impression that my business was not valued.
